HCAA was founded in 2002 with the goal of bringing emergency services to the hilltowns.

 

At that time, we were staffed by faithful, dedicated volunteers who would leave their families and lives at all hours of the day to serve people in need. In the last 16 years, we have grown to a full time, around the clock professional service.

 

 Our service works because of our talented crew members and Board of Directors.

 

It is an honor to be part of the team that brings such a valuable service to this community.
